Q: what is the mainly operation mode of your company?
A: Our company is mainly engaged in OEM production of LED TV,LED Monitor. We also supply sales of SKD and CKD export and provide helps to customers so as to reduce their cost of import.
Q: How many production equipments and employee in your factory?
A: There are about 70 staffs and three assemble-line machines,one automated assembly line and two manual assembly lines at present.
Q: Can you produce Samsung, LG or other brands?
A: No, it will belongs to the act of tort unless we have the certificate of authorization from Samsung and LG, we will not accept such orders and prohibit to use counterfeit trademarks in the machine, Packaging, warranty card, back label, brochures and so on.
Q: What are your main export countries or regions at present?
A: Our company is currently facing the countries are Indonesia, Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Germany, Slovenia, Yemen, Pakistan and other countries, and Do wholesale and retail bjected for Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, the Middle East and other regions.
Q: You can provide free prototype/sample?
A: Yes, but small size (15 "-24")quantity will keep within 2pcs of each style, large size (32 "-55")keep in 1pcs. When required samples exceeds the quantity we specify, we will charge a portion of the excess amount.
Q: Do you can provide C/O? how long it will takes?
A: Yes, generally it will need 3-5 workdays to finish and send back to you.
Q: what is the turnaround time of your production?
A: Generally it is 10-15 days (6-8 days for pre-material preparation, 4-7 days for production, the specific situation will depends on customer order quantity).
